Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, capable of analyzing data and generating detailed reports to aid decision-making processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of export documentation and the ability to ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and compliant.
Familiarity with customs compliance, understanding legal requirements and regulations to guarantee smooth border transitions.
Expertise in supply chain management, with the ability to optimize processes and minimize costs across the supply chain.
Import/Export Regulations (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of laws and practices governing international trade required for ensuring compliant operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate international shipping logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Manage documentation for import-export, including invoices, shippers' documents, and BOE filing, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Liaise with freight forwarders and other third-party agents to ensure the effective transport of goods.
Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Track shipments, updating necessary stakeholders on progress and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide reports to management as required.
Stay updated with changes in import/export regulations and ensure company practices remain compliant.
Work collaboratively with the procurement and sales departments to forecast shipping demands and allocate resources accordingly.
