This is a full-time, fresher-level position, requiring candidates with no prior work experience. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable educational consultancy solutions.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM Software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Understanding of telecommunication systems to be able to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Basic data entry skills to accurately record customer information and sales processes into our database.
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques to identify and initiate contact with potential customers effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer queries and concerns, providing effective resolutions promptly.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple customer interactions and sales processes within deadlines.
  • Active Listening (Mandatory skill) to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
