- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping and logistics, particularly in freight forwarding or 3PL.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
