  • CA qualified with 15+ years of progressive experience in finance within EPC or infrastructure project environments
  • Proven track record in leading financial strategy, project finance, and risk management for large-scale, complex projects
  • Expertise in contract structuring, cost control, working capital optimization, and financial closure processes
  • Strong understanding of compliance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in capital-intensive industries
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
  • Experience in multi-location operations and cross-functional collaboration across project, legal, and commercial teams
