Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our manufacturing division, you will be responsible for the parametrization and validation of critical processes related to camera systems production. Key Responsibilities: Parametrize and validate key manufacturing processes, including lens adjustment (active alignment), camera calibration, and end-of-line testing. Ensure adherence to clean room protocols and maintain a controlled manufacturing environment. Utilize expertise in key technologies such as glue/surface treatments, optical/lenses, and image quality to optimize manufacturing processes. Develop and implement sensor image protocols and ensure compliance with electronics manufacturing concepts such as stress and ESD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance manufacturing efficiency. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in camera manufacturing or related industry. Proficiency in parametrization and validation of manufacturing processes, with a focus on camera systems. Strong knowledge of clean room protocols, optical technologies, and electronics manufacturing concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Willingness to travel and work on-site in Spain for a one-year assignment.
