Supporting Safety projects , Safety walk observations and Safety incidents in machine shop and assembly.
Initiation and implementation of LEAN, Productivity improvement and Cost reduction projects.
SAP Routing for Machine shop, Assly, BCAG, Sub-con. Structuring, standardization and simplification of SAP work plans
Knowledge of Drafting & editing work in Auto CAD - Plant layout, Tool, Fixture drawing, etc.
Support to costing, routing , tooling layout preparation, Route Card, Process Sheets, Pre-machining Dwg,
Responsible for cost controlling and reporting of production orders and action plan on variance.
Leading Time study in machine shop, assembly. Comparison with SAP timing( STD costing ) and actual Hrs booking study and action plans for variance.
Technical support to Purchasing & Sub-contracting team for cycle time estimation, costing , machining & processing suppliers
Ensuring the processing of NCRs (Non Conformity Report), changes (ERR ) or Supplements (design change notifications)
Maintain records and adhere documents & procedure as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 requirements

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

DME with 4-5 yrs exp
Knowledge of QMS, EMS, OHSAS
Knowlegde on TPM, 5S, LEAN.
Change management , Routing, Costing, Make v/s buy.
Knowledge about SAP PP, Process Sheet, Cost Calculation.
Knowledge of AutoCad drafting
