- Design, architect, and deliver enterprise grade Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions to automate business processes, reduces manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
- Build, configure, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including sophisticated conversational flows, generative AI capabilities, plugins, and integrations with M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and enterprise systems.
- Act as a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Solution Architect, providing technical leadership, solution direction, and architecture standards.
- Own end to end stakeholder management during solution implementation, including:
- Requirement discovery and use case shaping
- Architecture and solution design discussions
- Regular status updates, demos, and feedback incorporation
- Change management and enablement with global partners
- Act as a link between business and IT, translating business demand into scalable, secure, and governable Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
- Design and implement architecture standards, procedures, and reusable components across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot agents.
- Implement and support Power Platform ALM, including environments, solutions, versioning, and deployments.
- Collaborate closely with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise policies, Responsible AI standards, and data protection requirements.
- Support solution rollout, adoption, documentation, monitoring, and post deployment support, including user enablement sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, interns, and apprentices; contribute to Low Code & AI CoE enablement, trainings, and standard process sharing.
- Support work planning, prioritization, and agile delivery, including acting as Scrum Master when required.
- Contribute to value tracking, ROI articulation, and leadership reporting.
- Total 10+ years of overall experience, with 7+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and M365 Suite
- Expert hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Copilot Agents, including:
- Conversational design, topics, variables, entities, and orchestration workflows
- Generative answers, plugins/actions, and enterprise Copilot extensibility
- Deep technical expertise in: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (standard & sophisticated workflows, sophisticated automation scenarios), Dataverse data modelling and security roles
- Good understanding of Copilot extensibility within the M365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform)
- Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements and processes into scalable Copilot and Power Platform solutions
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for basic data modeling, visualization, and reporting
- Proven background in solution architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise automation
- Flexibility to work with global business collaborators across time zones, especially Europe
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications
- Good communication skills with the ability to articulate Copilot, GenAI, architecture, and Power Platform concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators
- Very good intercultural collaboration skills

- Experience with Power Platform governance, including:
- Environments, DLP policies, security roles, lifecycle management
- Exposure to tenant-level M365 / Power Platform administration
- Experience with Azure services such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API integrations
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or AI-related certifications
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with ability to articulate value, adoption, and ROI
