  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform-based automations, including Power Apps and Power Automate flows, to streamline business processes, reduces manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build, configure, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to address business use cases, integrating with M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and enterprise data sources where applicable.
  • Own end-to-end stakeholder management during solution implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design discussions, regular status updates, demos, user feedback incorporation, and change enablement with global business stakeholders.
  • Act as a link between business and IT, translating business requirements into scalable Power Platform and Copilot solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business insights, decision-making, and solution outcome measurement, including data modeling and basic visualization standard processes.
  • Collaborate closely with security, compliance, and platform governance teams to ensure all Power Platform and Copilot solutions adhere to organizational policies and standard processes.
  • Support solution rollout, adoption, and knowledge transfer, including documentation, user enablement sessions, and post-deployment support.
You'll win us over by:
  • Total 6-10 years of Experience (Relevant experience of 4+ years) of working with Power Platform, SharePoint Online and M365 Suite Toolset
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the M365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive etc.
  • Hands on Experience of Power BI to assist in data visualization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them into actionable Copilot use cases.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Copilot Agents
  • Demonstrable understanding of Copilot extensibility within M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
  • Flexibility to work with people in different time zones, e.g. Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT or telecommunications
  • Good communication skills with the ability to articulate complex Copilot, GenAI, and Power Platform concepts to both technical and non technical collaborators
  • Very good intercultural collaboration skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Experience with Power Platform governance (environments, DLP, security, lifecycle management)
  • Exposure to tenant level M365 / Power Platform administration
  • Critical thinking
