Pearson delivers career and skill-based qualifications and services in more than 50 countries, but we believe we are just scratching the surface in terms of meeting demand. Our customer always comes first - be that the students who wants to develop their future success through education - Governments who are seeking to effectively skill their population - and employers and providers. The WFS Account Manager will work closely with the Head of Vocational Qualifications Schools and to promote Workforce Skills Qualifications and to provide sales administration support. The main objective of this role is to provide administrative and advisory support to the Head of Vocational Qualifications Schools existing customers across the MENAT region. Key Accountabilities: Promote Pearson's Work Force Skills Vocational Qualifications and its services to private schools within the MENAT territories. Provide customers with a range of sales administration support in liaison with the Head of Vocational Qualifications Schools. This includes and not exclusive to: Resolving existing customer queries Deal with BTEC resources queries including setting up free trials and organizing quotes. Processing qualification approval documentation for customers and following up with team members to expedite the process. Liaising with Credit control teams and customer in resolving bad debt collection Work with the International Quality and Training teams to ensure customers have been allocated an International Standards Verifier/Quality Advisor in a timely fashion, as to ensure agreed revenue targets are not impacted. Use Sales Force regularly to update contacts, add new school accounts and check for MENAT schools marketing leads. Maintain regular communication with the schools across the MENAT region as and when required. Proactively keep up to date on industry and customer specific issues Personal Style and Behavior You will be accurate, flexible and responsive; hard working, organized, enthusiastic and able to juggle multiple priorities. You will feel confident working alone as well as part of wider teams and be capable of learning quickly and tackling any challenge with energy and commitment. You will be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Skills / capabilities: Essential Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and communication skills Perform account management related duties and ensure that customers needs and deadlines are met Leverage management tools to analyze data on a variety of critical business drivers Excellent spoken and written command of English Act as an ambassador for Pearson both in the market and within our Global operations.
