- Ensure all orders are tracked accurately from order confirmation to delivery.
- Monitor the status and movement of each job in the production process.
- Maintain up-to-date records of job timelines and progress.
- Monitor the accuracy of the task performed using spot audits every day.
- Identify and track pending jobs and their time delays.
- Remind and follow up with doers for delayed jobs.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in coordination with problem solvers.
- Use O2D, PMS, dashboards for tracking. In case systems are down, perform manual tracking.
- Regularly monitor FMS, Checklists, PMS, Purchase FMS, and IMS for compliance and updates.
- Ensure full kitting processes are followed with the help of DEO.
- Audit systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and communicate them to management.
- Follow up on identified issues to ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Maintain support tickets and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Track the 12-week plan and the daily output.
- Present the challenges to MD in real time (on the same day).
- Act as a communication bridge between sales and production departments.
- Provide status updates and delivery dates to CRMs and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all relevant parties are informed of job statuses and any issues.
- Maintain and monitor the support ticket system.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues raised through support tickets.
- Coordinate with relevant problem solvers to resolve problems efficiently.
- Track all the orders in the company and know each job and its movement in the organization.
- Track pending jobs and their time delays.
- Be majorly accountable for on-time delivery by tracking delivery dates and monitoring progress.
- Function as an auditor, not a data collector.
- Audit and follow up on all processes and tasks.
- Check if all data is collected and correct.
- Track each step, identify where work is stuck or deviated, and escalate appropriately.
- Politely remind and communicate targets to relevant personnel.
- Work one level above the DOER (if DOER is an operator, contact their supervisor; if DOER is an officer, contact them directly).
- In case of problems, identify who can solve them, raise a Help Ticket (H.T.), assign it to the concerned person, and follow up until resolved.
- Take confirmation from the DOER once the issue is resolved.
- Any corrective action in planning can only be taken by the planner.
