Responsibilities:∙Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand marketpresence.∙Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, independent jewelleryretailers, wholesalers, and Chain stores.∙Build and maintain a strong B2B sales order pipeline, focusing on long-termrelationships with jewellery retailers.∙Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B customers to drive revenue growth.∙Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities forbusiness growth and share details to product development team.∙Collaborate with Product development team to develop new product for respectiveclients.∙Manage all Sales Operations by coordinating with various internal departmentsand servicing for all orders received and processed.∙Exhibit at trade shows, manage company and associate booths, and generateleads to expand the client base.∙Build and maintain a proper database of jewellers and follow the processes of thesales pipeline.∙Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customerfeedback to the management team.Job requirements
