- Financial Discipline
- Deliver national sales, revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.
- Optimize product mix (tea premix variants, vending solutions, accessories).
- Improve cost-to-serve through efficient service and operator productivity.
- Channel, Operator & Partner Ecosystem Development
- Build and lead a strong network of vending operators, institutional distributors.
- Facilitating Activations
- Collaborate with marketing for sampling, menu rotation & visibility
- Drive brand experience inside cafeterias & vending zones
- Insights & Competition Monitoring
- Track movement of competing solutions.
- Champion innovation pipeline – machine variants, digital solutions
- Organization Building & Leadership Development
- Coach & mentor Teams of – Premix & Vending business.
- Build high-performance culture across sales, service, and operator ecosystem.
- Standardize SOPs, capability-building modules, and training programs.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
