Position Summary:We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Account Manager - Sales to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic client accounts, driving business growth, and delivering customized digital, AR/VR, and AI-driven solutions to enterprise and government clients.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across enterprise and government sectors.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.- Understand client needs to pitch relevant solutions (AR/VR, AI-ML, Custom Web & App Development).- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.- Prepare and present compelling proposals, solutions, and ROI-based pitches.- Achieve revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools.- Coordinate with internal technical, creative, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of projects.- Conduct regular client review meetings and status updates.- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and contract renewals.- Stay updated on technology trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Marketing; MBA preferred.- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital solution companies.- Strong understanding of enterprise solution selling, especially in AR/VR, AI, or custom software.- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Tech-savvy, with the ability to translate business problems into solution-oriented discussions.- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.- Comfortable with travel across NCR and occasionally to client sites across India.
