Job Requisition ID #24WD84210We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Specialist to join our Engineering team. The Product Specialist will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks related to our product, including running code locally, utilizing Postman for admin endpoints, and more.Key Responsibilities:

Execute technical tasks related to Autodesk products, including testing and product operation.
Utilize Postman for accessing and testing admin endpoints.
Debugging REST API systems and provide solutions to technical issues.
Collaborate effectively with customers and team members from various departments including engineering, product, accounts, sales and support, to ensure seamless communication.
Conduct research and provide detailed analyses to support product development.
Monitor and manage logging systems like AWS Cloudwatch and Sentry.io.
Manage and perform database operations using SQL.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Postman, debugging REST APIs, and some familiarity with SQL and database systems.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with customers and team members.
Attention to Detail: Ability to conduct thorough research and provide detailed insights.
Logging Systems: Experience with logging systems such as AWS Cloudwatch and Sentry.io.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Over 5 years of experience in technical support or a related role.

Highly regarded skills:

ERP Systems: Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, and/or construction-specific ERP systems like COINS, EVision, IFS, Procore, etc.
Server-Side Code Frameworks: Some experience or interest in server-side code frameworks such as Dotnet or NodeJS would be highly regarded.
