You should have industry knowledge and sales expertise to meet and exceed sales targets, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed the annual sales targets for the region/territory and for each line of category (PPE Equipment). - Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives and increase market share for PPE products within the assigned area. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research. Develop a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into business. - Develop and maintain a highly effective dealer network and support the distribution channel. Assist dealers' sales forces with end users to specify and achieve new business. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, offering personalized service to meet their safety and compliance needs. Provide ongoing support and address any concerns or issues promptly. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of PPE products and their applications. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to highlight the benefits and features of our offerings. - Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Visit large end users & major key accounts to identify needs and convert them into business. - Penetrate targeted vertical market segments as appropriate and maintain relationships with existing key accounts. - Understand and analyze the PPE market, including main competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies. - Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools.Qualifications:- Education: Graduation in any subject- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles, with 4-6 years in safety industries/industrial equipment.Skills:Communication Skills:- Verbal & Written Communication should be excellent.- Presentation Skills: Present ideas and strategies to senior management.- Active Listening: Listen to customer feedback and team input to make informed decisions.Physical Requirements:- Ability to travel for channel partners and end-user customers.- Both mental and physical well-being, demonstrating a balanced approach to overall health.- Should not have any long-term medical illness.Requirements:- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for client visits and meetings.Compensation:- Salary Range: As per market standardOther Benefits:- Medical coverage for family, including parents, for Rs 2 lacs after successful completion of the probation period.- Eligibility for sales incentives as per sales incentive terms.
