- Act as the primary contact for customer engagement, satisfaction, and value realization.
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and align business goals through Executive Reviews and governance meetings.
- Provide guidance on SAP/Vistex solutions, including S/4HANA transformation strategies and technology adoption.
- Translate technical solutions into clear business value and support roadmap planning and optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal support.
- Oversee SAP implementation and support engagements by coordinating with partners and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure alignment between customer expectations and project outcomes.
0 years: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP implementation lifecycle
0 years: Account Management experience is a plus
0 years: Exceptional organizational, inter personal, client facing and communication skills
0 years: SAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, or industry solutions)
0 years: Experience in RFPs, contracts and SOWs
0 years: Experience in selling SAAS/cloud software service is a plus
0 years: Software Service Sales or IT Services Consulting experience
0 years: Exposure to multiple full lifecycle software implementations
0 years: Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is a plus
