- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Managing and strengthening relationships with distributors and key retailers.
- Monitoring distributor performance, inventory levels, and payment collections.
- Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Conducting regular market visits to ensure effective product placement and visibility.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as Area Sales Manager (mandatory).
- Strong exposure to FMCG and General Trade (GT) channel.
- Experience in distributor and retail management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales/CRM tools.
