Job Category: NES Job GroupJob Description: * The position is responsible for providing consultation to all Stakeholders in CIBG & IBG
  • Strict adherence to Bank and Compliance guidelines and completion of documentation mentioned in the SOPs required.
  • Maintain SLA strictly / ensure error free environment with minim Complaints, as per the matrix agreed with the Business and Onshore Team
  • Handle time to time projects assigned in terms of system implementation and Process re-engineering
Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and consultation to the Stakeholders with respect to CAM/MMU activities in accordance with International Practices and OPM/APPM/Central Bank Rules and Regulations.
  • Responsible in respect to development, enhancement, defining functional requirements, testing and implementation. Become the first point of contact for the users for resolving problems related to these systems.
  • Ensure all procedures that are developed comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines.
  • Review customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy them.
  • Ensure MBOs are achieved on time.
  • Exercise due diligence in checking all the documentation related to CAM and MMU
  • Ensure prompt processing and checking of transactions

He must adhere to strict compliance with Bank procedures, Compliance and Central Bank circulars and procedures.Problem SolvingManaging expectations in terms of advice, consultation given to stakeholders. Resolving system related issues, in order to ensure seamless delivery of services in accordance with the SLAs. Propose practical solutions for product development in line with international market practice.Decision Making Authority & ResponsibilityManaging expectations in terms of advice, consultation given to stakeholders. Resolving system related issues in order to ensure seamless delivery of services in accordance with the SLAs.Qualifications:
  • Graduate with thorough and in depth understanding of Trade Finance products and functions.
  • Thorough understanding of Financial Operating Systems.
  • General Banking knowledge.
  • A Minimum of 10 years' experience in General Banking
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills.
