Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Analyzes and investigates
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role
Experience working with relational databases, including SQL Server, and writing efficient SQL queries
Solid proficiency in Python programming language and its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid)
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks (such as React or Angular)
Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualification:

LLM prompting and AI frameworks for research, problem-solving, and innovation
