As a Documentation Writer, you will craft clear, concise content to guide users in achieving their goals (JTBD) with the least number of steps. Your work will focus on simplifying complex processes while considering all user scenarios and ensuring a seamless experience. You will create detailed documentation, including marked-up screenshots and media, to enhance user understanding and faster execution.Responsibilities:

Develop easy-to-follow user guides, setup manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting content.
Break down complex technical concepts into simple, actionable steps.
Create visual aids (screenshots, videos) with clear labels and numbering for step-by-step processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and its use cases.
Continuously improve content based on user feedback and product updates.
Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably for internet-based products or B2B SaaS.
Strong ability to simplify and structure content for a non-technical audience.
Experience with content management systems or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
University degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) preferred.
