- Partner with the Director to define and drive the overarching program strategy.
- Develop and own the training roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Evangelize the program internally and externally, including field and customer-facing engagements.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to manage feature prioritization, functional support, financial oversight, and release planning.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Drive and facilitate the requirements gathering and prioritization process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for business-led delivery and provide consultative support to help stakeholders navigate trade-offs and build consensus.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external resource partner companies.
- Oversee transitions of work between vendor teams and in-house teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- Coordinate contract and SOW procedures in collaboration with vendor management, finance, legal, HR.
- Work closely with the recruitment function to support hiring, onboarding, and allocation of team members across project workstreams
- Maintain the project management portal information and record the progress updates in a timely manner
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance culture across work-groups (across locations)
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of Agentic AI, Gen AI and data analytics to effectively engage with stakeholders and teams members.
- Ensure team staffing is aligned with the overall budget, plan & forecast
- Proven experience in managing diverse work items in a multi-locational multi-skilled cross-functional team environment.
- Strong background in Agile / Scrum practices; Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and SOW development would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across cultures, time zones, and organizational boundaries.
- Methodical, organised with a hands-on "roll up the sleeves attitude" to execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
- Passion for emerging technologies and human resource management.
