- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Design and execute learning and development programs to upskill employees.
- Develop performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and reduce attrition.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, industrial laws, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics for decision-making.
- Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, labor unions, and dispute resolution, while ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
- Manage administrative functions, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office operations.
- Oversee travel, logistics, and workplace safety protocols.
- Develop and monitor budgets for HR and administration activities.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformations.
- Advise leadership on HR implications of organizational decisions.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER).
- Expertise in HR analytics, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering an inclusive workplace.
