- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and US stakeholders to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and communication proficiency.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Handle ATS updates, maintain documentation, and ensure recruitment compliance.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in IT recruitment and US employment practices.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs (as needed).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on US hiring.
- Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, TN, etc.), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and federal hiring compliance.
- Proven ability to hire across roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, consultants, and supply chain tech specialists.
- Excellent sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms.
- Experience working with ATS tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones (at least partial overlap).
