Independently lead the high impact projects needed to deliver on business outcomes
Drive LSS vibe through Engagement drives & mentoring Leans & GBs
Identify opportunities to deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts through continuous improvement (CI) lever
Drive stabilization for new transitions - metric identification, measurement system set & reporting set up, CI roadmap design, risk assessment
Identify digital led transformation opportunities in existing relationships
Work closely with Process Compliance and Continuous Improvement leads
Drive deployment of digital ops infra tools
Identify QPA,RPA,Databridge opportunities in processes and work closely with Operations/Transformation leads to implement them
Drive LSS DNA in the account with Operations teams and push for achieving targets
Conduct Lean Refreshers and Hackathon events on floor to drive ideation/continuous improvement initiatives
Lead discussions with clients and proactively update on LSS ideas/projects tollgate/governance/closure and benefit realization

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

Master’s in Education (MBA Preferred)

Minimum qualifications:

Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital
Relevant years of experience in working with relevant function in growing organizations
Prior experience in having led projects – Digital, LSS, Domain led, consulting, analytics, preferred
