Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Salesforce MarketingThis role lies with Genpact Corporate IT –S&M. You will be responsible of understanding ESG domain used in Genpact, understand IT process, coordinate with multiple stake holders and act as bridge between Business and IT team. Looking Marketing Domain expertise person with involvement of end-to-end technical transformation.
Responsibilities

Analyse cross-functional business process and understand existing system to determine best needs for business functionality and recommend new approaches.
Identify the changes/needs/business asks by collaborating with various business stakeholders.
Understand Agile Basics and project management aspects.
Understand the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales, Marketing, Service, and platform solutions.
Come up with plan by splitting the larger requirements to small pieces and work IT team and other stakeholders in prioritizing needs, establish project scope, system goals and be responsible for Implementation.
Create and Implement change management plan for smother rollout to business users.
Actively drive issue resolution and closely monitor its progress.
Having good IT knowledge on Marketing related applications and tools like Marketo,
Have Analytical thinking – assess the current technologies, identify areas of improvement, and evaluate any new tools/applications that required.
Interpersonal Skills - Collaborate with people from a wide range of backgrounds, have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work as Liaison between IT and Business teams
Tracking budgets/efforts

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills

Relevant years of experience in System/Functional stream on Marketing applications (SFDC or equivalent)
Graduate in Technology (any stream)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Excellent Analytical and Interpersonal skills
Strong in Communications
Understanding IT principles and process (SDLC – Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Leadership and problem-solving skills
