ob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support team and ensure exceptional service delivery to our solar EPC customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and improving overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Support: - Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.2. Team Management: - Lead and motivate a team of customer support representatives. - Provide training and coaching to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.3. Process Improvement: - Develop and implement processes to improve customer support efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.4. Communication: - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales) to ensure seamless customer experience. - Communicate customer feedback and concerns to relevant teams.5. Performance Metrics: - Track and analyze customer support metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate). - Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer support management, preferably in the solar or energy industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of solar EPC industry and its operations.- Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms.- Certification in customer support or a related field.
