- Serve as the primary contact for general HR reporting, creating requirements for new reports, changes, and data requests, while developing dashboards in Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Contribute to HR reporting projects across core HR, Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules.
- Ensure functional compliance and data integrity, conducting strategic HR analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and track ongoing trends.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for developers when needed.
- Perform first-level issue analysis, testing, and validating results against data and customer requirements.
- Design and maintain dashboards to address key workforce analytics questions and performance indicators.
- Train and educate users on efficient report usage while maintaining reporting security.
- Recommend process improvements for reporting workflows and provide guidance to junior staff when required
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience building and testing reports in Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher, along with strong HR process and data knowledge.
- Proven expertise in reporting tools and advanced MS Excel for diverse data analysis, with proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, and Oracle HCM security, with extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM processes and data.
- Strong analytical ability to deliver accurate reports, maintain data integrity, and support strategic HR initiatives.
