Location: Cochin/ TrivandrumBDE (Logistics/Transportation)Roles and Responsibilities· Create new Business independently by identify and acquire new large corporate customers directly for their 1st/mid/last mile surface transportation needs (FTL).· Develop B2B Business plans, long-term objectives and Sales pipeline.· Identify, Manage & Work with the Vendors and Operations team to set up an effective supply network to honour the services committed to Key Accounts.· Lead generation through various sources.· Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.· Responsible for revenue growth across company’s product offerings in the given territoryJob Specifications· 2 + years of experience in sales & Business Development in Logistics /Surface transportation Industry along with vendor management.· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently· Goal-oriented, organized team player· Self-motivated eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.· Excellent interpersonal relationship skills· Able to analyse data and sales statistics & translate results to better solutions.· Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, ability to think out of the box.· Ability to multitask and manage different accounts at a time.Salary: As per market standards
