And as you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower.Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Business AnalyticsResponsibilitiesEvaluate sales team performance to identify opportunities for efficiencies, optimization, and to drive revenue.Act as a liaison between senior leadership, sales operations, and data & reporting teams to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily, tactical decision makingWork closely with data & reporting teams to identify data gaps and opportunities, define data requirements for projects and design systems of measurement for business activityLead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies, including managing cross-functional project teams with business partners from Finance, Operations, Marketing and moreGuide and develop technical skills and analytical methods of other team members in a collaborative environment to deliver critical insights on short timeframesDaily & monthly forecasting for sales team metrics & performance targetsQualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationBachelor’s degree or professional experience required.Experience: Proven experience performing complex analyticsExperience in multi-channel commercial organizationsAdvanced skills with data visualization tools including Tableau and/or Power BIPreferred QualificationSQL skills, including creating tables and views, using CTEs, temporal tables and moreStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to clearly and concisely present analysis and recommend specific action(s) to be takenAbility to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines and time constraintsStrong ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making and follow-up skills.Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize take-aways and recommendations from analysisWhy join Genpact?
