Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:ERP Strategy & ArchitectureOverall have 15-20 Years of experience in Oracle ERP combination of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.Contributed minimum 5 years of Senior Functional Analyst roleAt least 10 full life cycle implementations, preferably in Banking and Financial Services domainDefine and maintain the functional architecture for ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT standards.Develop and document high-level ERP functional designs, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems.Deep knowledge of one or more ERP platformsStrong understanding of enterprise business processes and cross-functional integrationsSolution Design & ImplementationTranslate complex business requirements into scalable and supportable ERP solutions.Design end-to-end functional solutions for modules like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing, depending on the ERP.Lead system configuration, prototyping, and testing efforts.Having very good experience in understanding requirements in RFPs, map it with correct solution and suggest and come up with estimates.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the key liaison between business units and technical teams.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define optimal processes.Provide subject matter expertise and best practices to business process owners.Project Leadership & GovernanceLead or participate in ERP project planning, execution, and governance.Collaborate with project managers, developers, data analysts, and other architects.Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data management standards.Project Leadership & GovernanceShould be able to interpret functional requirements in client BRDs and create Future Process Documents (FPDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs)Having experience in conceptualizing and configuring solution design, articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room PilotsShould have conducted client Workshops/ Discovery sessions/ fit-gap analysis, Solution Designing and extensive experience on configuration of the modules and excellent client facing skillsExpert in conducting CRPs and UATsExpert in preparing training documents and plan and conduct user trainings.Continuous ImprovementAnalyze and optimize current ERP functionalities and business processes.Monitor industry trends and recommend system improvements, upgrades, or innovations.Mentor, Guide Junior Functional resource to get the assignments done and take ownership of the complete team.
