Lead the implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization on a contract basis.
Develop and manage the project plan and timeline for the implementation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS is integrated with other relevant systems and applications.
Good knowledge in Implementing HRMS modules Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional.
Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
