Salesforce Developer(HWB)

• Creating custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.
• Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
• Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
• Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.

• Development:

• Developing custom applications, integrations, and data migration solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex (classes, test classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
• Configuration and Customization:

• Configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and project objectives, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Testing and Documentation:

• Thoroughly testing and documenting solutions to ensure functionality and maintainability.
• Collaboration:

• Communicating with team members to ensure project success.
• Collaborating with the Salesforce Architect to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits).
• Requirement Analysis:

• Interacting with internal team to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Estimating Effort:

• Providing detailed estimates for proposed solutions.
• Knowledge Maintenance:

• Keeping abreast of Salesforce product and technical updates and capabilities.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,

• Audit Risk & Compliance:

• Follow design standards and bank practices to maintain audit and compliance requirements.

• Salesforce Experience:

• Proven experience with Salesforce development, including familiarity with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino (optional).
• Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JAVA and other Salesforce development languages.
• Technical Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce components like Triggers, Flows, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Lightning Aura components.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools like Development Console, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Inspector, or Lightning Studio.
• A proactive attitude toward Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices.
• Experience working with large data sets and bulkification.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, Advanced Admin Certificate.
• Communication and Collaboration:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.
• Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce environment.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Copado or Gearset.
