As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of pipeline generation, creating the first impression with prospects and setting up qualified opportunities for our Account Executives (AEs).This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in enterprise sales, with a clear growth path to AE, Manager, and beyond.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOutbound Prospecting – Source and engage decision-makers through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Inbound Qualification – Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assess fit with our ICP.Account Research & Targeting – Research accounts, industries, and personas to build targeted prospecting lists.ABM & Campaign Execution – Collaborate with marketing to run account-based outreach campaigns.Discovery & Qualification – Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points.Pipeline Building – Consistently deliver high-quality meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.Metrics & Reporting – Track outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution in CRM.Continuous Learning – Stay up-to-date on Agentic AI, Vision AI, and enterprise cloud/data trends to speak confidently with prospects.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEConsistently hitting monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings booked and opportunities created.High conversion rates from SDR-qualified leads (SQLs) to AE opportunities.Strong outbound pipeline contribution in partnership with AEs and marketing.Building trusted first-touch relationships with enterprise prospects.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE1–3 years of SDR or inside sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology.Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft).Comfort with cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn prospecting.Knowledge of ABM campaigns and outbound best practices is a plus.Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.Curious about AI, cloud, and enterprise transformation technologies.XENONSTACK CULTURE – JOIN US & MAKE AN IMPACT!At XenonStack, we believe in shaping the future of intelligent systems.
