- Quickly identify and validate incidents as major incidents based on their impact and urgency.
- Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and documented accurately.
- Commanding, Controlling and Confident
- Act as the central point of contact during a major incident.
- Coordinate with various technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure a swift resolution.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and affected users about the status of the incident.
- Must obtain strong communication and writing skill, familiar with Major Incident Management Notification
- Should be knowing about Sequence of Event / White Board updates
- Lead the incident resolution process, ensuring that all necessary resources are mobilized.
- Facilitate technical troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts.
- Implement workarounds and temporary fixes to minimize business disruption.
- Conduct a thorough post-incident review to identify the root cause and prevent recurrence.
- Document lessons learned and recommended improvements to incident management processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the incident lifecycle.
