1. Self-inspection, Adherence to Quality Policies, EHS policies, cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), cGLP (Current Good Laboratory Practice) and product specifications.
2. Tracking and Handling of Incoming samples of Raw materials, consumables, Water samples, Distilled samples and Reserve samples.
3. Sampling, Testing, Review and reporting of Raw materials, consumables Water samples, Distilled samples and Vendor samples.
4. Identification of training needs, training of new employees, attending of ongoing trainings and Annual refreshment trainings.
5. Performing Periodic Qualifications, Instrument Qualifications, Temperature mapping, Analytical Instruments calibrations, Column Performances etc.,
6. Handling of QMS, Laboratory Incidents and Corrective and preventive actions wherever applicable.
7. Tracking the Preventive maintenance of Analytical Instruments and coordinating with cross functional team.
8. Generation and maintenance of quality records.
9. Preparation, storage and maintenance of standards and chemicals.
10. Preparation, updation and implementation of QC procedures and Evaluation of new vendor samples.
11. Tracking and Sending samples to external labs and Across the laboratories within the site for testing as per procedure.
12. Preparations of protocol, reports and maintenance. 13. Execution and completion of Analytical Method Validations, Method Verifications, Method transfer and protocol Studies.Key ResponsibilitiesJD for QC INSULIN
