- Design and develop high-impact learning assets including learning objectives, simulations, scenarios, assessments, audio scripts, glossaries, and performance evaluations
- Author content using tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, and other modern platforms
- Translate face-to-face training into virtual and eLearning formats with seamless learner experience
- Partner with Operations, Support, and SME teams to identify learning needs and co-create training solutions
- Plan and deliver refreshers, classroom sessions, and virtual workshops aligned to business priorities
- Apply ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other instructional models to design, iterate, and evaluate learning programs
- Continuously improve course effectiveness through feedback loops, learner analytics, and performance metrics
- Upload, test, and maintain content within the LMS ecosystem
- Contribute to the evolution of TerraPay’s instructional design standards and learning processes
- Explore emerging technologies (e.g., gamification, AR/VR, xAPI) to enhance learner engagement
- Strong instructional design skills and experience with modern authoring tools
- Ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in learning

- Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline/360, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards
- Strong writing and scripting skills for audio, video, and interactive content
