Role Overview-We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to manage andexpand our business presence across Maharashtra and neighboring states. The ideal candidatewill be based in Mumbai or Pune and will be responsible for driving sales growth, buildingstrong client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets. This role involves frequent travelto meet and pitch to clients in multiple cities across West India.Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales across Maharashtra and nearby states, focusing on both new clientacquisition and existing account management.- Plan, schedule, and conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos acrossdifferent cities within the assigned region.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them intolong-term partnerships.- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Maintain timely and accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums as needed. Required Qualificationsa. Mandatory: Own car and valid driving license (frequent regional travel is required).b. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).c. Up to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.d. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.e. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage a salesterritory.f.
