Job Description :We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Site & Sales Engineer to join our growing solar energy team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with rooftop solar installations, client coordination, and site execution activities.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct site visits to assess technical feasibility, take measurements, and prepare site reports.- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.- Participate in client meetings, explain technical concepts, and resolve basic queries.- Provide input for proposal and quotation preparation based on site assessments.- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational protocols at the site.Requirements :- 3-6 years of experience in rooftop solar projects.- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.- Strong communication skills (Marathi-speaking preferred).- Willingness to travel frequently across Mumbai and nearby regions.- Basic understanding of solar PV components and installation workflow.
