- Full ownership for all project phases (requirements clarification, design development, procurement & manufacture, FAT, delivery, installation, test & verification, Punch points closure, collection of completed payment including retention & collection of bank guarantees after project closure).
- Monitoring & controlling project financials, cost, expenses, Managing risks and identifying opportunities including development & implementation of suitable technical & commercial mitigation strategies for risks.
- Regular project reporting / project status monitoring meetings / milestone review.
- Optimising project profitability and taking on profit and loss responsibility for the project.
- Representing Hitachi and reflecting on actions and feedback of the customer and developing a strong customer relationship.
- Ensuring commercial contract conditions and timelines are met, including management of contract variations & change management.
- Monitoring & control of the project, including necessary interventions, to ensure achievement of technical requirements, delivery milestones, timeline & quality.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and timely reporting of project status against project targets.
- Coordination with internal factory and Suppliers for timely drawing submission, production as per customer requirement, customer FAT and delivery of products to customer. Coordination with SCM & purchase team for negotiation & PO placement.
- Ensure preparation of invoices and other documents for payment collection as per contract terms & condition. Responsible for complete payment collection as per contract terms.
- Creation of final project reports and summarization of lesson learnt with feedback to respective functions of unit.
- Ensure proper claim management wherever required.
- Responsible for monthly / yearly revenue targets.
- Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Documentation in line with mandatory internal & external requirements.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
- Overall, 12-15 years’ experience in Project Management.
- Should have Basic understanding of Project Management. Having a Project Management certification is an added advantage.
- Should have SAP and basic MS word, Excel knowledge.
- Should have good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders within/outside organization.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
