About
The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand Philosophy etc. .
About the Role
The primary responsibility of the role is to act the bridge between Brand Digital and Social strategy and Performance marketing in DBAT. Create synergies between Brand, Product marketing and Performance marketing to ensure optimum results for the Brank. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data on a periodic basis, identify performance trends and incorporate social media planning and Performance marketing execution. Lastly the candidate will be responsible for integrating best practices across Social and performance marketingKey Responsibilities
- Identify synergy opportunities between Social media team & Performance marketing.
- Develop cross- team strategies for brand & performance marketing for optimum
- Drive efficient consumer targeting, remarketing & Re targeting plans between Brand and performance marketing
- Systematically analyze, design, develop, and test/revise solutions as needed
- Develop, track & report key KPIs (e.g) Increase in Top of the funnel, Middle & Bottom. CPA, Leads, engagement, awareness, share of voice, applause rate etc.
- Work with Product managers and lead synergies between Brand and product marketing.
- MBA in Marketing
- 8 – 11 years of experience in Marketing
- Knowledge –Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Content Development, A very rich grasp of writing and editing content
- Skills – Good communication and excellent presentation skills, self-driven.
