Minimum 10+ years in senior operational roles within integrated product-service or consumer wellness sectors.
Prior experience managing P&Ls, designing operational strategy, and meeting growth targets.
Track record in scaling and optimizing clinic or service business hubs, ideally with product integration.
Prior experience in Product, Ayurveda, Wellness or Service-led operating models will be welcome
Strong execution orientation with demonstrable outcomes-from setting up clinics to managing multi-channel logistics.
Excellent leadership skills-competence in fostering collaboration, driving accountability, and building high-performing teams.
Analytical prowess and adeptness with operations metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
