Location: Pune | Role: Full Time | Territory: Maharashtra (Field Travel Required)About udChaloudChalo FinServ is expanding its insurance offerings for the Armed Forces community, including Cyber Insurance and Motor Insurance. We are looking for ExServicemen (ESM) who can leverage their defence background to conduct awareness sessions inside cantonments and drive adoption of insurance solutions among serving personnel, veterans, and their families.The role involves on-ground outreach across Maharashtra, conducting awareness sessions in military establishments, supporting lead generation and sales, and coordinating with internal teams to manage permissions and engagement with defence units.Selected candidates will be required to complete the IRDAI-mandated 75-hour training and certification examination to become a Specified Person for insurance distribution.Key Responsibilities * Defence Outreach & Awareness Sessions
  • Conduct insurance awareness sessions in Army units, regimental
centres, and cantonments across Maharashtra. * Educate defence personnel and families on Cyber Insurance and Motor Insurance products.
  • Represent udChalo FinServ in defence community engagement
programs and outreach activities. * Insurance Sales & Customer Support
  • Generate leads and drive on-ground sales of insurance products.
  • Assist customers in understanding policy features, coverage, and
purchase processes. * Support customers with documentation and policy issuance throughthe company platform. * Coordination with Defence Relations Team
  • Work closely with the Internal Defence Relations (DR) team to obtain required permissions for sessions in cantonments and units.
  • Support planning and scheduling of outreach activities across
Maharashtra locations. * Outbound Customer Engagement
  • When stationed at the Head Office(Pune), conduct outbound calls to customers and leads to explain
insurance offerings and assist with policy purchase. * Follow up with leads generated during field outreach sessions.
  • Lead Management & Reporting
  • Maintain records of sessions conducted, leads generated, and policies sold.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
Eligibility Criteria * Ex-Serviceman (ESM) from Army / Navy / Air Force.
  • Familiarity with defence ecosystem and cantonment culture.
  • Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for outreach programs.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic digital literacy for lead tracking systems, website operations
Certification Requirement * Selected candidates must complete IRDAI mandated 75-hour training.
  • Must pass the IRDAI Specified Person examination to be authorised to distribute insurance products.
