Roles and Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of inside sales reps to hit and exceed sales goals- Develop strategies for your team to connect with hotel decision-makers, either directly or through gatekeepers- Train your team on effective phone techniques to navigate conversations and secure qualified meetings- Monitor individual and team metrics, providing regular feedback and setting clear KPIs- Coordinate handoffs with the Business Development team to ensure smooth lead conversion- Track sales activities, qualification rates, and team performance through regular reporting- Use insights from customer interactions to refine sales strategies and processesExperience & Skills- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.- Strong understanding of sales processes in a B2B environment, particularly within the hospitality industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a diverse team.- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics for performance tracking.- Experience selling services or SaaS within the India-to-US corridor.- Background in the hospitality industry.- Bonus: Gujarati language proficiency.
