Job descriptionWe are hiring a Business Development Manager B2B Sales for our client, a reputed organization in Facility Management & Infrastructure Services.This is a high-impact, target-driven role ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience and a passion for closing deals.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities in Facility Management services
  • Identify and connect with corporate clients (B2B sales)
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Admin/Procurement/Facility Heads)
  • Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth client onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Location:Noida (Sector 126)Additional Details:
  • Interview Process: 2 rounds – Virtual + Face-to-Face
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Working Days: 24 days/month
  • Reporting: Direct reporting to the Director
  • Notice Period: Up to 30 days preferred
Additional Preference:
  • Candidates with prior experience in Facility Management sales will be preferred
  • Candidates who can attend face-to-face interview in Noida
RequirementsCandidate Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
  • Strong experience in corporate / enterprise sales
  • Preferred background: Facility Management / Infrastructure / AMC / Real Estate / Services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-driven with strong networking ability
