THE ROLEWork with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements, create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals. Write straight-forward user tutorials and interface text, utilize a variety of media forms; include images and charts. Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will identify in advance the documentation needs, based on the product release schedule
- You will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- You will gather more information from reading reports and directly using the Product.
- You will analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
- You will build and maintain business and technical documentation guides using Madcap Flare.
- You will communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing.
- You will perform quality checks on other deliverables and ensure the quality of own work before publishing.
- You will publish documentation in correspondence with established guidelines.
- You will create User Journeys for Temenos Products.
- You should have bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- You should have proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- You should have ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- You should have possessed excellent written skills in English to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a keen eye for document design.
- You should have good working knowledge of MS Office applications and also Mad Cap Flare, HTML and CSS.
- You should have self-starter and ability to work independently.
- You should have flexible/adaptable with ability to set and manage multiple priorities.
- You should have excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
