THE ROLEWork with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements, create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals. Write straight-forward user tutorials and interface text, utilize a variety of media forms; include images and charts. Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary.
OPPORTUNITIES
  • You will identify in advance the documentation needs, based on the product release schedule
  • You will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  • You will gather more information from reading reports and directly using the Product.
  • You will analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
  • You will build and maintain business and technical documentation guides using Madcap Flare.
  • You will communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing.
  • You will perform quality checks on other deliverables and ensure the quality of own work before publishing.
  • You will publish documentation in correspondence with established guidelines.
  • You will create User Journeys for Temenos Products.
SKILLS
  • You should have bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • You should have proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
  • You should have ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
  • You should have possessed excellent written skills in English to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a keen eye for document design.
  • You should have good working knowledge of MS Office applications and also Mad Cap Flare, HTML and CSS.
  • You should have self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • You should have flexible/adaptable with ability to set and manage multiple priorities.
  • You should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
