- Call parents and students to share details about our chess coaching programs.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information on courses, schedules, and fees.
- Counsel parents and students on how chess supports both academics and personal growth.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure enrollments.
- Keep accurate records of calls, inquiries, and leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team for demo classes, batch scheduling, and student onboarding.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with parents and students, encouraging referrals.
- Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills (English is a must; Kannada/Hindi preferred).
- 1 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling in the education/coaching/training industry.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right programs.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
- Positive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
