Wholesale Banking DeliveryLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our wholesale banking delivery systems and applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for wholesale banking delivery- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends- Ensure the security and scalability of the applications- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budgetQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and teamwork abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAdditional Parameters:- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools is a plus- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plusIf you are a self-motivated and passionate Full Stack Developer looking for a challenging role in a fast-growing organization, we encourage you to apply for this position.
