Job Overview Greatbell HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD is seeking a Service Engineer for one of the leading Automobile Companies in Cochin. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to both internal and external customers. This role requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in the automotive industry. The position is full-time and based in Cochin, Kerala, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Service Engineer in the automotive industry. Solid understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Roles And Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues. Install, repair, and maintain automotive equipment and machinery. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of automotive systems. Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support in customer meetings and demonstrations. Train customers and internal staff on product features, functionality, and maintenance procedures. Prepare and submit service reports, documenting customer interactions, issues resolved, and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and product developments in the automotive sector. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the engineering and product development teams. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
