Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at P-MACMACHINES PVT LTD. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the Metal Cutting, Sheet Metal, and Wood Panel Processing industries. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining industrial machines Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Willingness to travel to customer sites as required Knowledge of metal cutting, sheet metal, and wood panel processing industries is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Install, test, and commission metal cutting, sheet metal, and wood panel processing machines at customer sites Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for machine-related issues Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of machines Conduct training sessions for customers on machine operation and maintenance Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Document service activities, including installation reports, service reports, and customer feedback
