- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement a performance management system that includes setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling employee complaints, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational development activities.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
