HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
